About
The WVSUCC Library as a repository and information provider of the institution it endeavors to develop collections, resources and services that meet the educational needs of the WVSUCC community.
The library has 2,048 sq. m. floor area and located at the most accessible area in the campus. It adopts an open shelf- system to cater to the increasing needs of the researchers.
Vision
To establish a library that serves a generating source of information and knowledge with globally responsive resources and services, to support instruction, research, extension services and resource generation of the institution.
Mission
Cognizant of its vision, the University Library must provide sufficient volumes of print and non-print media to support curricular offerings including the latest advancement in technology that will respond to quality instruction, research extension and resource generation services to serve local, national and global needs.
Objectives

To provide updated, and appropriate books, and electronic information in all the curricular programs that University offers to be able to respond to the needs of instruction.
2. To subscribe to magazines and journals, purchase sufficient volumes of books related to Education, Agriculture, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Entrepreneurship and Information Technology.
3.To serve as a generating source of knowledge to support the four fold functions of the WVSU Calinog Campus.
Library Users
Anyone who is interested to read books, search for information and knowledge through the library is welcome to use it.
Categories of Users
Regular users – all bonafide students, staff and faculty members of the University
Alumni – graduates of WVSU could still avail of the library resources but for room use only
Visitors – those who do not have any relation whosoever to the University. They can come to use the University Library together with a Letter of Introduction from the librarian or head of office where they are enrolled/employed, but are not allowed to check out materials.
